Is the 7-day scent trial really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no deposit for the trial. Scent Up provides the scent diffuser and fragrance, sets it up and collects it after seven days.
Do I have to buy anything after the trial?
No. At the end of the trial we review the week with you and share a recommendation and quote. Whether you go ahead is entirely your decision.

HVAC scenting is connected to your air-conditioning system and needs installation work, so it is not part of the 7-day trial. We can survey your site and send fragrance samples instead.
What happens after the seven days?
We collect the diffuser and meet with you to review what you, your team and your guests noticed, then recommend the right setup for your whole space.
