Scent for Condominium & Residential Buildings
Condominium and residential scenting gives a building a welcoming arrival fragrance in its lobby, lift halls, corridors and resident amenities, every day rather than only at launch. The building's management chooses the fragrance and intensity with Scent Up, which installs the diffusers or HVAC scenting and services them on a schedule agreed with the management office, in Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia.
Where This Matters
Scent Considerations for Residential
Main Lobby
The arrival residents and their guests walk into every day, and where the building's fragrance is noticed most.
Lift Halls & Corridors
Soft, even fragrance on residential floors, kept low so it never reaches into the homes themselves.
Amenity Floors
Gym, pool lounge, co-working and function rooms, each scented to suit how residents use it.
A Fragrance Residents Accept
Usually a soft, widely liked fragrance at low intensity; resident sensitivities can be raised and some areas left unscented.
Service Around the Building
Refills and maintenance on a schedule agreed with the management office, with the diffusers' running times set to the building's day.
Sized to the Space
Compact units for lift halls, larger standalone units for lobbies, and HVAC scenting where a lobby shares central air handling.

FAQ
Residential Scent Marketing FAQs
What is condominium lobby scenting?
Condominium lobby scenting is the daily use of one fragrance in a residential building's lobby, lift halls and shared areas, so the building feels cared for and recognisable to residents and visitors. Scent Up installs professional diffusers or HVAC scenting and services them every month.
Is this different from scenting a sales gallery?
Yes. A sales gallery is scented for a launch and for viewings, usually for a set period. A finished residential building is scented every day for the people who live there, so the fragrance is softer and the service is planned around the building's management.
Who decides on the fragrance in a condominium?
The building's management office or committee, which usually chooses the fragrance and the areas to scent. Scent Up can bring samples and test the fragrance in the lobby before it is installed.
What if some residents are sensitive to fragrance?
Raise it during the site visit. The fragrance can be set at a low intensity, kept to the lobby and shared areas, or left out of specific floors or rooms. Scent Up makes no health claims about any fragrance.
How much does condominium scenting cost?
In Thailand the monthly scent service starts at ฿999 per diffuser a month, excluding 7% VAT, for a space of up to 20 sq.m., and the model and price rise with the size of the area, to ฿4,490 a month for HVAC scenting of a whole floor or building. It includes the diffuser, installation, service and fragrance oil. Every model is on the pricing page.
