Scent Marketing Pricing
Commercial scent service is priced per diffuser, per month, and the right model depends on the size of the space. Below are our published prices for Thailand; for the Philippines and Malaysia, the team quotes after understanding your space.
Short answer

In Thailand, a monthly service starts at ฿999 (excluding 7% VAT) for a small room of up to 20 sq.m. Larger spaces use larger diffusers, whole buildings are scented through the central air-conditioning system, and the fragrance or signature scent you choose shapes the final price.

- These are starting prices: the final price depends on the fragrance you choose from our range, or a signature scent created for your brand.
- Areas assume a ceiling height of about 3 m. Higher ceilings, atriums or very open spaces may need a larger model or more units.
- Your quotation confirms the number of units, the contract terms and any installation work for your site.

What decides your price
- The size of each space
- The area of a room sets which model it needs, from a compact unit for a small room to HVAC scenting for a whole building.
- The number of areas
- A lobby, a corridor and a lounge may each need their own diffuser, so a property is usually priced as a set of units.
- Standalone or HVAC
- Spaces above about 800 sq.m., or whole floors, are usually better served through the central air-conditioning system than by several standalone units.
- Your fragrance
- The prices above are starting prices. Choosing a fragrance from our range, or creating a signature scent oil for your brand, affects the final monthly fee.

How much does a scent diffuser service cost in Thailand?
Scent Up's monthly scent diffuser service in Thailand starts at ฿999 per month for the S150 PRO, for rooms up to 20 sq.m. Starting prices are ฿2,000 for 21–100 sq.m., ฿4,000 for 101–500 sq.m., ฿5,000 for 501–800 sq.m., and ฿8,000 per month for HVAC scenting of 801 sq.m. and above. All prices exclude 7% VAT, and the final price depends on the fragrance or signature scent you choose.
Which diffuser does my space need?
It depends mainly on the floor area of each space: S150 PRO up to 20 sq.m., SU-500L for 21–100 sq.m., ST-305L for 101–500 sq.m., ST-Tower for 501–800 sq.m., and the ST-5000B connected to the HVAC system above 800 sq.m. Ceiling height, airflow and layout can change the recommendation, so the team confirms it for your site.
Do you publish prices for the Philippines and Malaysia?
Not yet. In the Philippines and Malaysia the team prepares a quotation for each project after understanding the space. Contact us or book a scent consultation to get one.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. Qualified commercial premises in our service areas can request a free 7-Day Scent Trial with no deposit: we set up a diffuser in your space for a week and collect it afterwards.
